Terms

Key booking and event terms

A concise summary from the current Sasana Kriya terms page for payment, changes, and event execution.

Payment

Building rental settlement is due 5 months before the event.

50% of the minimum catering order is due 3 months before the event.

Full settlement must be completed no later than 1 month before the event.

Post-dated checks are not accepted as a payment method.

Changes & Cancellation

Building down payment and paid building fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event.

Catering cancellation is charged 50% if canceled 3 months before the event and 100% if canceled 1 month before the event.

Postponement or changes must be requested at least 6 months before the event date.

Any costs arising from postponement or booking changes remain the tenant's responsibility.

Event Rules

Outside catering, decoration, and photography vendors are not permitted.

Fireworks are not permitted in the lobby or ballroom during the event.

Technical meetings can only be held after building and minimum catering payments are completed.

TMII entrance tickets follow the applicable current policy.

Partners

Outside catering, decoration, and photography vendors are not permitted.

Decoration is subject to an additional charge for wedding events in Mandira, Carani, and Grand Ballroom.

Wedding stage decoration may combine fresh flowers and artificial flowers.

The list of catering, decoration, and photography partners may change without prior notice.

Restrictions

Alcohol, illegal drugs, and sharp or fire weapons are prohibited inside the building.

Nailing or attaching items to walls and floors using double-sided tape is not allowed.

Fireworks are not permitted in the lobby or ballroom during the event.

Outside food, including buffet, snack boxes, and lunch or dinner boxes, is not allowed.

Guests should not bring valuables; any loss or damage is not the management's responsibility.

Other

Sasana Kriya can be used for daytime and evening events according to the assigned session schedule.

Wedding and music stages are provided by official decoration vendors through building rental arrangements.

Remaining prepared food may be taken home after the event ends.

Meeting room use as an additional room is subject to extra charge and must be confirmed 2 weeks before the event.
